Community Mental Health Transformation in Norfolk – Survey
Healthwatch Norfolk is the independent voice for patients and service users in the county. They gather people’s views of health and social care services in Norfolk and make sure they are heard by the people in charge.
Healthwatch Norfolk’s work covers all areas of health and social care. This includes GP surgeries, hospitals, dentists, care homes, pharmacies, opticians and more. Healthwatch Norfolk have been asked by Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board to evaluate the progress of the changes to Community Based Mental Health Services.
This is the final year of a three-year project. The reports of their findings from year’s one and two can be found on their website. Hearing the views of people who use these services is the most important part of this evaluation. Healthwatch Norfolk will report back to the Norfolk and Waveney CCG on our findings. The report and any recommendations will be made publicly available via the Healthwatch Norfolk website.
