Although carers week has now officially passed, as a carer, looking after someone we want you to be aware that Norfolk County Council has teamed up with Carers UK to offer carers in our area free access to a wide range of online resources to help make caring easier. You can create a free ‘Jointly’ account by following the instructions that can be found in this leaflet.
